Location

This hut is about 1km east of the Bieifuji summit (here).

General notes

This is a small, very basic prefab hut with only a simple toilet booth (for privacy while using your own portable toilet). Water is obtained from a nearby stream (dry when we visited in early August, though there were other snowfields a few minutes walk away). There’s also a large area out front for pitching a tent if needed – choose your spot wisely, as in heavy rain water flows in channels through the campsite.

Capacity
Sleeps 25 people.
